Like every 4 months or so I’ll turn on stars and see what’s there … I close it shortly after .. like where is your content ? What even is the point of starts .. so boring

I keeping starting from the beginning
It would be nice to have an update that addresses the issue of having to start an episode from the beginning when I press continue.
Fix the app and do QA
The new app introduced issues. Since the most recent update, a horizontal bar stays across the bottom of the screen while I’m watching shows on my iPad. The bar says options on the left and previewing [insert name of preview] in the middle, even though the preview has ended and the actual show is playing. Tapping the screen does not make it disappear like it used to. I completely deleted and reinstalled the STARZ app, log back in, and the problem is exactly the same. This was not happening before the recent update a week ago. Please fix this, as the bar remains on screen throughout the show and is very distracting and covers up part of the show.

Why is the option bar stuck at the bottom of the screen when watching episodes

It is very annoying that 1. It doesn’t keep track of whatever I am watching, 2. Whenever it loads it doesn’t even completely load so I can’t even fastforward or pause because it will start from the beginning. They have all the best shows and the app is so terrible .

This app is so horrible to navigate , works super slow, and when it forces you to preview new series the bar that tells you what ur previewing doesn’t leave, horrible app, 50 fix this, I canceled my subscription and watched ep8 of kannan on an illegal streaming site , fix these problems . One thing that’s vital
I like this app, it’s straightforward and easy to manage. In fact it’s better than some other platforms I’ve had. There’s one thing I don’t like about it though, and it’s a big problem. When I pause a movie or series, it doesn’t hold your spot!! WTH? Everyone has to pause, and when we go back, we expect to be in the same place we left it, but this app brings you back to the very beginning every single time! That’s a huge red flag that once my promotion wears off I’m not staying Because who wants to start over? Not me. My pauses mean I’m going to come back and continue, not having to search through where we left off… so please fix this problem. Thank you

Can’t pick up where you left off
Every single time I watch a show, I have to start the episode over each time and try to find where I stopped it last. This can’t be how this app is supposed to work…
Login/Make account glitch
Got the app for a single show - there seems to be a major glitch between the ‘make an account’ and ‘login’ pages and I can’t get into the app to watch the show. I’m in an endless loop. When I do occasionally get into the app by doing online first, it puts me right back in the loop when I get my show and press play.

Do they even use their app?
There are always weird bugs in the Ui. Most recently the stupid advertisement overlays in the previews won’t go away and you can’t dismiss them. Imagine, a production team blew a bunch of money on a season finale and the ad team wrecks the viewing experience to recommend other shows and movies on the same platform. The design team makes that banner so big it overlays the close captions. It’s like they fired the qa team and just wing it. So glad I don’t pay full price for this janky content.

App defaults
Great content but the app itself is flawed, it doesn’t save your place, it doesn’t save shows or movies under recently watched, it doesn’t remove preview titles at the bottom of screen once show/movie starts.
Slow
Unless you are connected to WiFi this app is going to run slow
