Love the shows but the app is HORRIBLE
Anytime you click off the app even to check a text … it doesn’t hold your true spot, have to close and re open app and find the episode and then skip intro and find your spot!!! Everytime!!! The worst streaming app but great series
This app is Not working properly
I have to keep restarting my show when I stream on my phone I can't enjoy my show because it will crash in the middle of it and then restart from the beginning this app is not worth the hassle or money. You can't properly enjoy the show.
Terrible app
This is a terrible app. Glitches constantly. Takes forever to load. If you dare pause what you’re watching the app will freak out and you will never finish what you were watching. Bad enough to cancel my subscription. What am I paying for if I can’t even watch anything?

The worst streaming app ever. So many glitches, closes out the player if you pause and your screen shuts off. Does not remember where you left off so you have to fast forward. Just annoying in its lack of ability to perform well. It ruins your watching experience. For reference I have an iPhone 17 so it not poor device or old device issues. And I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app twice now so it’s not an update issue.

Bad Navigation
This is the only streaming app in the history of streaming apps that doesn’t have a category of ‘previously watched’. This is a basic function. Please fix it.

Needs an update
Great shows but if your watching it on your iPhone, it always restarts the show to the beginning if you switch screens. It will continue playing the sound but doesnt allow you to bring the video back up. Really frustrating. I probably wont renew because of this feature. Starz needs to keep up with their competition.

Great streaming service!!
The streaming service itself is great! Great shows and movies for a decent price too! However the app has a few glitches that really take away from the entertainment. It never remembers where I stopped watching so I constantly have to find where I last left off. Also, when I go to check the time or notifications in my Notification Center (I have an IOS device) it then takes me out of what I’m watching, and brings me to the Starz home page area while still playing the audio so I have to completely close out the app and start all over again and find where I left off. I wonder if other people experience the same issues.

So many issues
This app won’t save what episode you’re watching much less where you’ve stopped. You’re forced to close out of it multiple times to actually get it to play and by then all saved progress is lost. I cannot begin to explain how frustrating and buggy this app is. By far the worst of the streaming services- which is unfortunately since so many good options live exclusively on STARZ.

Terrible app for watching series
I am a mama that loves to watch a series whenever i’m folding laundry or cooking dinner, and Netflix is great because you can pause and watch and pause and watch …whenever you need to, this app doesn’t let you do that 90% of the time. If you have to pause, it will more than likely start your show over, even having to watch the ads at the beginning. It’s very frustrating.

Doesn’t hold your spot
This app would be totally fine if when you paused a video it actually held where you left off. I almost never watch a show in one sitting and I always have to find where I was when I reopen what I was watching. I enjoy what STARZ offers though.
Seriously?! Dumb glitches ruin experience
Video playback crashes when attempting to change brightness with the iPad control panel. And it doesn’t save progress… you have to force close the app and restart the episode. All from changing the screen brightness. This is such a dumb glitch that shouldn’t happen.
Not working!
I can't even watch the show I want because it doesn't keep track of where I am and any time I try to change it it exits out and does not let me play it without force closing the app and starting over. Waste of money!!
Closes on its own and more
I watched 4 episodes of one show. Got a text message , responded to the message, go back and takes me back to the 1st episode .
As soon as I jump apps and try to come back , the episode closes and I have to close and reopen the app and try and remember where I left off.

App issues
Content is great, the app it self has issues. Won’t save my place when I exit. I have to restart the content from the beginning every time. Downloads won’t play
Buggy asf
Fix this damn app. Every time I try to turn up the brightness from the control center, it shuts me out the show I’m watching and goes to the homepage and I can’t even click on the show I’m watching. I’m having to restart the app every time. So damn disappointing.
App glitch
Love STARZ, but the app trips on my iPad. Doesn’t save the last time on a show. It’s closes itself out. And when starting a new video it closes the app to play in the background. Idk.. I hope it gets fixed soon.
