Bugs
The app needs an update bad or just make a new app. Bugs big time. Lags, force closes, audio plays and no video. Close and restart app and the movie/ series your watching doesn’t leave off where you were. Have to start all over again and find where you left off
Glitchy
Everytime I cut my phone off to go do something at work (yes on my breaks I watch shows and movies) it will not show how much time is left and will not let me go to the next episode. Also it does not save your spot on your shows it always starts back over and it irritates the hell out of me every time because then I have to go through and try to find where I left off at. You guys need to do better before I cancel my subscription.

Receipt
STARZ in general is a good service. They have good shows and decent movie selection. I was very disappointed that STARZ couldn’t provide a receipt.
Great content. Bad app
Love the content, I could watch for hours on end. The app isn’t good though. It needs a lot of work. You can’t pause. When you pause it starts to play again within seconds. Also, every time you close the app, whatever episode you were watching starts over from the beginning. The continue watching section disappears sometimes as well.

Not a user friendly app
I have been trying to watch Outlander, and I’ve learned that I cannot simply pause and expect to pick up where I left off. The episode ends up starting from the beginning again. Knowing this, I’ve paused when I was taking a break from the episode and would take a screenshot with the time displayed. Now, another situation has occurred. I’m watching season two, episode one, and the episode pauses on its own, then the screen goes black. I tried moving the timer so it would be where I left off, but nothing happens. I closed out the app and tried watching the episode, but instead the app has chosen to start me on the next episode. This is absolutely frustrating.

Worst App for Watching Ever
Cant even enjoy coming back to episodes of a show. Every single time i close out of the app if i pause a show, instead of “continuing” from where you left off. The whole thing restarts. Every. Single. Time. Yes the app is fully up to date. There is no “continue to watch”. I have to restart and remember where i left off and then fast forward. Every. Single. Time. On every show. This is the WORST ENTERTAINMENT APP EVER. Having to remember where i left off to continue watching it makes me really not enjoy anything on here.

Worst app ever
Not only is the content horrible (except outlander), but the app itself sucks. Heaven forbid you pause something too long and your tv turns off….now it restarts the entire episode and I have to turn on captions every time I start a new one . Also I’ve read Reddit posts from people who have been in the middle of watching a show and before they can watch the next episode Starz has removed it without any warning. I’ll be cx ‘ing this as soon as I’m finished with last season of outlander and never restarting it again!

If you leave out of the app for any reason you cannot start back where you left off. App is very glitchy and buggy, I do not recommend.
Slow, freezes
App is slow, constant logouts, error messages. If I could give zero stars I would. Also the content offered is old and stale.
Idiots made this app!
Don’t try taking a short break from watching a video because it won’t hold your place on the video. You’ll have to go searching for whatever you were watching again and again. Also if you need Closed Captioning you have to set it every time. Some idiots thought it was a good idea to put the Closed Captioning in different locations so you have to constantly be looking for a new location.

Technical Issues
Existing account works on web, Android, and Google TV but cannot log in on iPhone/iPad. App repeatedly enters ‘Success! Your account has been created’ flow for an existing account.” Please help!!
Refuses to open offline
I’ve down everything but uninstall it and really it’s just piss poor of an app. I’m probably going to cancel my subscription!
