Last two orders aren’t showing up in the app

It stop counting my points a month ago. I should have many more points than I do but it’s stuck at the same number.
Was ok until it wasn't
Prior to the most recent update the app has worked fine but now the sign in doesn't work, and the rare chance that that works the page refreshes everytime you go to check out so it's completely unusable.

Great when it was working
I haven’t used this app for a few months, couldn’t afford to shop for rec. However, I tried opening it today so I could buy some and it won’t even recognize, well, anything. It’s just constantly on the load screen. It was fine for the most part when it worked, but now, doesn’t even work. I had to order on the website today.

Terrible app
This app was ok at first. At least it functioned. It was never flashy or high tech, but it got the job done. Once updated some time in early 2026, it became basically useless. As much money as marijuana stores (most likely) make and yet they skimp on paying a decent app developer to create an interface that’s at least functional is an absurd notion.

Update still buggy
Recent update has bugs. Trying to check flower, takes you back to main page. Trying to check anything else, takes you back to the main page. Check the website and see there’s a bunch of updated and new strains.
Location issues
Cannot place order, I believe that my location is out of range of market because my location switches between Ohio/West Virginia….whichever tower has the closest signal-which is absolutely ludicrous.
The app never works
Every time I go to order from the app, it’s just a constant loading screen even after I login or when I try to login or change the different stores it’s just nonstop circling saying one moment, please
Why😭😭
Ever since the new update the app has been unusable. It is not possible to change store locations like it used to in the old version. The app used to be so useful and now it’s trash.

I have this on iPhone and Android both, I have both for personal and work. When Android didn’t work, I hoped iPhone would. Can’t shop on either. iPhone originally found the store and gave no location issues, but kept kicking me out so I couldn’t go further. Now it says it needs to be in a legal cannabis market, which it is - recreational and medical.

The location code is flawed. No longer works for shopping so what’s the point.it was ok til you fixed it.

Doesn't show my points anymore. The app just changed one day recently and no longer has my info. Completely pointless.
Update: after I got an employee at the dispensary to update my phone number, I was able to reset my password and now it finally shows my points and purchases. No dark mode, very very basic app.

Not adding points correctly
purchases aren’t showing up and no rewards points are being added
I love not being able to use an app
I downloaded to see my points accrue and it worked for the first day (no points appeared) until I deleted it and redownloaded it then once I logged in I could see everything. Closed the app and ever since then when I open it it won’t go past the stupid logo and I can’t see anything related to my account or place an order.
