Wont recognize my login

This app is so stupid. I love the desktop version and it keeps prompting me to install the app on my phone problem is the app doesn’t recognize my username or password or email so what’s the point of having a nap if you’re not letting people use it?

Very good

Very good app. Easy to use.

Great app

Very easy to use! Great data!

Great app

Love getting the stats in the go ... sometimes it crashes but it comes right back up ... been using the web version for years ... and the app for a few months ... highly recommend

Useless

Unfortunately, the app is absolutely no good. I demand all time visitor numbers but it only has the visitor numbers for the week or the month, which is useless when you have a website that's been up for nearly a decade. The website shows you these figures and they're far more detailed, but not the app, making the website a far better tool.

Also, the numbers you get, for example, are 51.1k, which is also useless. I want specific numbers, 51,134 for example, not this nonsense.

It's just not detailed or useful enough. If you got exactly the same information that you got on the website, it would be perfect. Instead, you get nothing of the sort.

Definitely not worth it.

Can’t register

I’m new to this app .. the first thing it wants me to do is login... but I can’t login without registering ... in which the version on my iPhone doesn’t have a registration option .. how do you login to this app for the first time on the mobile version... which is what I have.

Getting better

App used to hang when going back to main page, now more snappy. Functionality still not fully intuitive, but I don’t like the newer style of the website, either. Regardless, this is by far the best website counter around.

Perfectly fine

For the purposes of tracking the activity on my relatively simple website, StatCounter gives me everything I need. The website is comprehensive and the iPhone app is convenient.

Customer service is the worst

Trying to contact these folks to get back into our page is so frustrating. We will be leaving as soon as we can locate a replacement.
The worst.

Unable to login

My login details work ok when I access statcounter via web browser but, when I try to do the same via the IOS App, it does not recognise them.. it says that my email is invalid (not true), that my userid is not a valid user id (not true) and that my password is invalid (not true as I copy and past it to both the browser and the App). It looks like the App is somehow unable to contact the login details on your server)

Bad app

I am sticking to the web version.

I give this 5 stars for the desktop version!

I LOVE statcounter but this ipad version doesn’t navigate to the main menu .... I’m hoping they’ll read this and fix it so it works better on my ipad pro

Long time user

I really liked what Statcounter was when I first used it in 2012. Since the updated app and overhaul of the system, it’s NOTHING like it used to be. Now I’m frustrated because I can’t see half of the things I could access before. It’s it’s not broken, don’t “fix” it.

Very nice app

All the features of the pc based version, nicely set out. It works

Login Problem

The Login Button is obscured by the Keyboard! Have to reinstall the app if login failed.

Unable to log in.

Clicking “Go” adds to the password. Unusable.

Can’t get past login screen

The keyboard on the login screen isn’t a default iOS keyboard, covers the login button on my iPhone SE, cannot be dismissed, and its “Go” button registers as a keypress of a letter rather than a submission. Way to go, Statcounter. If the rest of the app has this sort of attention to detail I think my rating’s pretty accurate.

Excellent

Use across all devices and gives good information. Would be 5 stars but still no recent visitor report on previous night until 12 noon next day.

Good but needs different app logo

Donut charts are terrible. I don’t like the view activity screen. Also maybe would like to see what time people are visiting my site local time?

Laptop good, mobile terrible

This app works very well on my MacBook Pro, but on my iPad and iPhone only the summary is current info, all the visitor activity specifics are 4-6 days behind. I’ve contacted support numerous times and they’re aware and working on it. Over a month now.
