Bug
Normally this app works great. Now I try to deposit a mobile check and it throws me out of the app. I called our local branch and they said they are aware of it. Why don’t you fix it?
When ever I try to sign in I always have problems
Always says it cant verify my credentials and the forgot password buttons doesn’t work it just brings up a blank page

So apparently we have to go out and get the latest phone to be able to use the mobile app. Isn’t that a form of discrimination? Not all of us have the financial aid to do that. Please address this or I will take my business elsewhere My credit union doesn’t require me to have the latest phone to use their app why are you. Maybe I should write this in Spanish so you can understand it too

Faulty
If it does work it works good but I’m the last three months it won’t load, forgets your login information all the time, clears your Face ID, and most of the time won’t even open unless you have full service or are connected to wifi

Touch ID needed to be a 5 star app
App works great and would have given 5 stars if Touch ID was a feature instead of always having to type in my password

Developer needs to turn on touchID login access option.

No business account support
I have been requesting support for my business accounts for 2 years and still no access.
Normally great, but refuses to validate
Switched phones & now it won’t let me sign in. Keeps saying “to call & validate my credentials in order to sign in” I have called & the bank says “make sure your info is right, if it is you’ll have to come in so we can see you put the info in” This is stupid in my opinion. I’m not making a point to drive there so she can tell me that my info is right, because it is. If she can’t validate it over the phone then she needs to figure it out & help me. But they won’t. The login info works on my iPad, but I shouldn’t have to carry that around to see my bank info

Needs updating
No fingerprint login. Can't see transactions beyond a month. This app is way behind the curve and frustrating to use. Please address these problems!
Still garbage!
It’s the same app! Still no thumbprint/face ID login. We still can’t see transactions past the current month. How can such a big bank be so terrible with technology?

Let me deposit checks like every other bank
Works well for transferring between accounts and checking balance (other than locking me out when I put in correct password) but no check deposit. Contemplating switching banks so I can check deposit with my app.
Not Compatible
I have an iPod touch 5th generation, yet I am not able to download this app. It says the app is not compatible with this device. Please fix this!
Handy and Easy
It's very handy and easy to use. I accidentally locked myself out of my account though trying to remember my password. I understand the reason for this and it's nice to know this app is very secure, but it should have information included telling you how to unlock your account after something like this happens.

I love that my community bank has an app as good if not better than the big banks. I can view my accounts and pay my bills from the app. Love it!
