Buggy
This app is extremely buggy. It used to be about once a month where the app would glitch and have server errors where I couldn’t login to my account. It has now gotten to the point where it happens more days in the week than not. So being able to check my balance and doing any internal transfers is a rarity and has become a surprise when it does work. The app itself is great, just I can never get in.

No mess
I really enjoyed being a participant in this Bank company. I have never had any issues if there was trouble that came up I have been able to go to the branch and take care of the issue at hand. Online is just as easy. The people are very friendly and very helpful.
Worst banking app ever
Most times I get an error message when trying to login. One of my accounts I’ve never been able to access the account and tech support has no idea.

Horrible App
One of the worst apps ever created. Facts: customer support is nonexistent (extremely limited hours), app is very buggy, account verification is bugged (wont link with Robinhood), it doesn’t save your info, password resets don’t send emails until after they have expired, etc. Planning on moving out of F&M bc of their consistent app hellscape. Will be out by EOY
