No mess
I really enjoyed being a participant in this Bank company. I have never had any issues if there was trouble that came up I have been able to go to the branch and take care of the issue at hand. Online is just as easy. The people are very friendly and very helpful.
Worst banking app ever
Most times I get an error message when trying to login. One of my accounts I’ve never been able to access the account and tech support has no idea.

Horrible App
One of the worst apps ever created. Facts: customer support is nonexistent (extremely limited hours), app is very buggy, account verification is bugged (wont link with Robinhood), it doesn’t save your info, password resets don’t send emails until after they have expired, etc. Planning on moving out of F&M bc of their consistent app hellscape. Will be out by EOY

So the app is nice to have but why do I keep getting logged out and then it doesn’t let me back in at all, so then I call the number and I get put on hold. But no one answers the phone every time and then I go to leave a voicemail and it hangs up on me, the app alone is making want to close my account beucase I can’t even see how much money is in my account 90% of the time.

Buggy
Honestly, when it’s working, the app is ok. However, it stops working every few months and there seems to be no fix outside of calling during business hours to have it fixed from tech supports end. It’s pretty irritating and it always seems to crash at the most inconvenient times, which is the weekends or evenings, when there isn’t anyone available. Smh.

This app consistently crashes and it is not helpful when you need to make transfers or know your balance. Please do better.

The functionality is great. Easy to navigate and do what I need to do.

It’s a great app. Easy to create an account, accounts are easily accessible, making internal transfers is quick and easy, and mobile check deposit is awesome.
But the App compared to others needs a bit of a update, maybe a sleeker look. Also, giving their users an option to access their routing card along with their bank number with it would be a nice touch for those looking to set up direct deposits for a new or current job.

Mobil Deposit
Customer service was fantastic when setting up the Mobil Deposit transaction!
Update Breaks the App
The newest update made it so I can't even access my account because my iPhone is too old. Guys, some people are too poor to keep updating their freaking phones all the time!

The app has some along way over the years I like what they’ve done to.
Works Perfectly Fine
Maybe it was fixed or the other people can't work a cell phone, but besides not having some features (which is expected of a small bank's app) it works great.
Ridiculous
Just spent 15 minutes entering and re-entering answers to security questions, including answering the same qs five times. Finally gave up. I have other things to do, and if the app can't confirm my identity within 30 seconds it's a lousy app.
