Login takes several more steps than usually necessary.
Poorly maintained
App issues, always says error something went wrong but never says what. Can’t login, looking at moving banks.
Use a different bank
app flat out doesn’t work half the time, new issues with it every week: new one is I can’t type on the login screen unless I click login 50+ times. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve considered changing credit unions just cause their app is that dysfunctional.

PDFs No Longer Accessible
We used to be able to open PDFs in the app. Something changed and no longer can do so. How can you have a banking app where you can’t access bank statements? Embarrassing
