Let down by major design fault
The app is pretty good for most of the stuff you might want to know before arriving and accessing your tickets but is majorly let down by not having the festival site map loaded into the app. Having arrived at the festival, I wanted check out where everything was but the map would not load as it appeared to need a mobile data connection, which anybody would tell you is impossible at a festival, trying to get on the free WiFi is equally impossible, hence this function of the app was useless. If they wanted to keep it dynamic in case of changes, at least cache a copy, basic sw design folks!
