Extra features possibly
I was having trouble trying to change my pin after I forgot it in the grocery store. But I went into the branch only for the card to be not activated. Customer point of speaking maybe so still include it as a new feature. Please and thanks!

Great Service
I love the Credit Union. The staff always make me feel like family. Always asking how I’m doing and my family is doing. When I went through my divorce after being married over 25 years, the smiles of the people at the back gave me some normalcy. I do miss coming inside, but at least I see my favs like Karen and Queenie through the glass. Thank you for what you do. Outside of my job and marriage the credit Union in Flowood has been my longest relationship.

Great upgrade
The new app is awesome, such a big improvement. It’s easy to see my accounts and love the fact I can set up transfers to my other accounts.
Excellent App
This app is very up to date and has a very easy GUI to follow. I haven’t had any crashes or glitches so far, so 5 stars is justifiable for this app. Everything from looking at your debit cards, to transferring money to accounts is relatively self explanatory and easy to navigate. Kudos to the development team for this much needed update!!!
