Easy to use
This platform is easy to use with minor glitches. Overall the support center makes it easy to deposit and withdraw money from your bank. Also they have sports that other sites do not offer which helped me to make my decision to go with their site. Overall head to head matches have been my favorite.
CEO reached out to me personally
I mentioned a concern I have with some of the contests being much more difficult to win, and the CEO of SH personally reached out to me to discuss it with me in an open way. That is much appreciated and rare to find in any industry. They also do have a fairly good product in which there are typically pretty good contests to be found.

Great customer service and Promos, hard to win
Been playing DFS on and off for a few years. Stathero has some of the best promos for returning players out of all the DFS platforms. Most of it turns into free play money. I’ve found that throughout their different game modes, Stathero provides new and different ways to play DFS. It is fun but also very challenging to beat some of the lineups they submit on a weekly budget. Will continue coming back with their great promotional offers.

Everyone needs to give Stat Hero shot either if they haven't used it before, or it's been a while since they've played. I always loved the idea of the thinking process behind Stat Hero. I honestly got so busy with work, I had forgotten to play for a while. But the actual "CFO" reached back out to me this year and pulled me back in with great customer service! Talk about your ordinary Guy reaching out to bring back customers like myself that just forgot. That's awesome! I will be spending a lot more time playing Stat Hero you can count on that. Stat Hero is amazing!! They are always giving 2-1, 3-1, and sometimes 5-1 or 10-1 odds. They also offer risk free bets that if you lose the bet all your money goes into bonus money that you can use. The customer service is top notch and best customer service of any of the betting sites. Super easy to withdrawal your money! I strongly recommend trying Stat Hero!
