Players won’t update
Despite enjoying looking at my stats using the STATSports Arsenal FC Edition GPS I am very disappointed that the Statsports team haven’t kept the app update. I’ve still got the same players, as I did when I got the GPS with that being 2-3 years ago. Which makes me think even the data isn’t correct and is 2-3 years old too. I’ve still got players like Rob Holding and Granit Xhaka on it and not players like Declan Rice and Timber. £200+ for a piece of technology that isn’t regularly updated isn’t great. I’ve checked multiple times that there isn’t an update and there isn’t. I’ve spoken to the Statsports team a few teams and they’ve said that they are working on fixing the issues and that’s been going on for quite a while now. They said it would take time for the data to be synced and collected, but I would have thought that it doesn’t take 2-3 years for this to happen and I’d assume it was supposed to be updated regularly especially with the price it cost. I’d like to know if the people who were to buy this product now if they are having the same issue or if they’ve got the correct players because they’ve just bought the product.

the app will not pair to the tracker and Arsenal nor STATSports not interested in helping. Don’t both trying to phone them either - US number is a fax machine and UK number is a Vodafone voice mail !

How do I get into the app it just shows info but what the app does but can’t get to the main screen
