Easy to start and follow

I use the free version, and have enjoyed the variety of workouts that are generated based off my desired outcome. The virtual coach is easy to follow, and the timer is helpful too.

Idk how this has 4.8 stars, I can only guess most of the reviews are purchased or computer generated because none of the demo videos work. They all have an “error”.
