AMAZING
VERY useful in managing organization!
UI
Haven’t used it much, but the UI is consumer friendly, good first impression
Great interface!
Coming from a software developing background, this app is very well structured and easy to use.
Super helpful
So glad I found this when I did! The time I’m cutting out from computer work is significant. I can get back to the part of my job that I love. I’m using the estimator function and it’s great.
Adam
Super helpful and easy to use.
Custom Home Builder
Great product! The customer support is amazing. When speaking to them they were genuinely curious about how my business is currently running, then offered solutions and ideas I hadn’t thought of before.
Helpful
We took a risk on Staxen but it’s been great. AI is the future for business and this incorporates it well
Management
Staxen has been a huge help for my company.Staxen has helped me stay more organized and made it much more easier to keep everything in one place.
So easy to use
Was reluctant to use Ai for my business but wanted to give it a try. Wow! Small learning curve but now saves me so much time.
Price and difficulty
The price is unreal for how much money it has saved me also I know nothing about ai and it takes some getting used to but it’s so easy to use
Very helpful
Great software for contractors. It’s easy to use, saves a ton of time, and keeps everything organized. Definitely recommend it if you want to run your business more efficiently.
Get it while it’s cheap
I was pretty skeptical and I don’t love AI but it’s so easy to use and I’m always the first guy to send an estimate so I’ve closed way more jobs and it helps me price them. It even does it off my area code. Not sure how it does it but it’s freaking sick.
Saves so much time
Game-changer for our pool construction business. Took a little getting used to, but it’s so powerful and saves an incredible amount of time.
Subscription cancellation
Do not order this app. I’m finding not way to cancel from the app as was explained previously. No worth ordering it does nothing but take dictation. Move on!
Fyi. No 7 day trial. Don’t waste your money!!!

Huge for my mental sanity
I’ve tried every software under the sun, housecall pro, jobber, pro core, you name it, and I finally found what suits me best. Staxen has been huge for the automation of the tedious things in my business like estimates follow ups and reminders and scheduling, etc. Would recommend to anyone to hire these AI employees!

Game changer
I was a little hesitant to use this because sometimes it’s hard to trust AI, but I am blown away by how helpful it has been. It’s literally my assistant. Handles my texting and emailing, schedule, creation of estimates and invoices, and documents my projects through photos!
Could not recommend more to any tradesmen.

Big time saver
Wish I had this app years ago. But so grateful to have it now! Saves me so much time. It is simple and so easy to use. Love the audio feature also!
Office work taken care of
I’ve been waiting for someone to build a quality automation that handles estimates change orders and invoices and pipeline for contractors and this is the first one I’ve found that legitimately does it all and for a super good price
