I loaded this app in my motel room and tried to connect it, but the code shown on my TV did not work as a code for the app. The TV code has six digits. The app had nine digits. Now I can’t figure out how to get rid of it.
Misleading and can’t cancel
The app is misleading and cancelling is not straightforward. Feel duped. Want to cancel membership an don’t know how.

Disappointed
I decided to go on a monthly plan while I was on a trip to Reno. The hotel I was staying in stated I could stream to their TV using this service. I tried to stream and the service did not work. I contacted the service to cancel and could not get a response regarding my cancellation request. I have yet been able to find a way to cancel.

Purchased and wildly unsatisfactory
Not only did this app cost way more than 19.99 but I can’t connect to the tv because me code is only six digits to connect and the app requires nine digits. What a scam. All I wanted to do was watch my Netflix and screen mirror and I can’t do that after I spent over 30 for this app.

Tv at hotel said to download “stayconnect” app. When you search this is on of the first that post up and is titled “stay connect to tv”. Downloaded it and paid the 3.99 for the week of premium only to discover it’s the wrong app
