I can’t send to another bank account
It Says Need to Update But No Update Button Availability
Once I open the app, and log in my account it says I need to update but when I click update in AppStore it’s not showing update but just OPEN button.
This new update is having problem.
I tried to place international transaction but it get stuck, not processing just stuck
OCD - Change the layout
The new app is awesome except one major OCD intensive display of the card in the main screen. I get the account details, which awesome. But I see a cut of card next to it, which is too annoying. Perhaps you could put in the place of rewards/ Airmiles or as an icon.

سؤال، وين المسؤولين عن الإهمال في حل مشكلة التطبيق، صار لي 3 ايام احاول ادخل على التطبيق و مو شغال. مستحيل ان المسؤولين ما عندهم خبر، شلون يرضون بمستوى خدمة سيئ بهدرجة. بصراحة اعتبره فشل كبير مستحيل ينسكت عنه من شركة بحجم stc. ما في حتى اهتمام من الشركة بالتواصل معي و بكل استهتار يتم حجب/مسح التعليقات اللي انا و غيري نكتبها بحسابات التواصل الاجتماعي . خدمة اسوء من السيئ

Cash back on international transfers
It will be great if we send money internationally and we get a percentage cash back

App offers only problems, not solutions
After setting up three international payees, only one worked. When I tried to send money to the only one that worked previously, I was asked to visit UAE Exchange to provide missing information. I am terminating my account.
