Six gentle movements a day, about six minutes, drawn from traditional tai chi and qigong: Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi, the Eight Pieces of Brocade, the Five Animal Frolics and the Muscle-Tendon Classic. Sixty-nine movements across four weeks, so your days do not repeat. Each one demonstrates the movement, holds the position long enough to copy, and shows how long to keep going.
