Exactly what I needed
So simple but this is exactly what I needed (and I suspect most parents). I always end up with a harsh or negative burst of emotion towards my kids because of the type of day I’m having, then regret it, but the damage is done. These reminders help eliminate those moments and instead allow me to be the stable pillar my kids need at those same critical times.

I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and what surprised me the most is how little it asks of you - it’s just a message that shows up when the morning is already going sideways. I don’t always read it in the moment but I always notice it. Something about having it there actually changed how I move through the harder parts of the day.
