Issues with Steam Guard+Account Recovery
I have had a terrible experience gaining access to my steam account. I went ahead and reset my password and have been logged out of all devices. I’ve been faced with error codes left and right even though I’ve verified I’m using the correct username and password. If I could log-in using the app I could bypass all this and use the QR code. No luck logging in through PC/mobile/browser. Now I’ve been completely locked out. There is truly a huge issue with the account recovery process, beware.

There are so many toddlers complaining in the reviews that they can’t play steam games on their iPad it’s genuinely entertaining just going through the reviews.
Other than that, the app itself is exactly what anyone with a functional brain would assume it is. Great app for interacting with my steam account! Keep it up valve 💖

Unfair Age Verification System
I’m disabled and cannot gain access to a Credit Card with ease, because they’re not often handed out to people without a stable job, meaning I’ve been exiled from seeing half the app. Is that not discrimination? Why would you implement Credit Card specific age verification in a country where we predominantly use Debit Cards anyway? At least give us a second choice. I’ve spoken to Steam support multiple times for help, to find other options, but they just give me a copy pasted bot-like response. So, I’m stuck indefinitely. After ten years of loyalty to their company, Valve has lost all credibility with me. Thanks for excluding disabled Australians from enjoying your platform 👎🏻

So let me get this straight, you’re going to randomly automatically log me out of my app, which I can’t log back into without the steam authenticator which this app IS, so I have to take steps to remove the authenticator from my account and then I can log in and turn the authenticator back on? What the hell is the point of the authenticator? Come on.
