3 day trial not enough

Such a short trial is inadequate to learn whether predictive meal recognition works, or whether diet and meal advice is suitable on an individual basis, especially with dietary restrictions that include allergies or sensitivities or even personal tastes. Good idea on the face of it, but I didn’t want to bet $5/mo on an unknown.

Response from developer

Thanks for your feedback. You get full access to all premium features during the 3-day trial, so you can explore the app as much as you want and see how it works for your meals, preferences, and dietary needs. For most users, this is enough to understand whether the app fits their workflow and expectations. That said, we appreciate your point and will keep it in mind as we continue improving the experience.

Good but misleading pricing

The product works well. However, the pricing is misleading. It says free for a few days, but there is no option to cancel until after a full month charge of $20.

Response from developer

Thanks for your feedback, we’re glad to hear the product is working well for you. Just to clarify, you can cancel the trial or manage your subscription at any time directly in your App Store settings. There’s no need to wait for a full billing cycle, as long as you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged. If anything felt unclear along the way, we really appreciate you pointing it out. We’ll keep working on making the experience as clear and transparent as possible.
