Elites are insane but fix app.
Got the elite headphones, the headphones are insanely good, only problem is the app doesn’t work whatsoever I can’t connect to the app, fix the app and this would have been 5 stars.

I have the Arctis nova 3x
So they’ve been running perfectly fine you know connecting my to Xbox and all of a sudden they can’t connect to my Xbox whatsoever no sound no microphone no Bluetooth nothing
Headset connectivity
My wireless headset is very difficult to connect to my Xbox s. It connects but is silent most of the time.
Great headset but won't connect to app
I have the SteelSeries Arctics Nova Elite and had no trouble connecting it to my ps5 or phone, but when trying to connect it to the app it forever says “initializing your device.”

This app makes adjusting my SteelSeries audio settings quick and simple. The layout is clean, everything is easy to understand, and switching presets only takes a few seconds. It works smoothly and gives me exactly the sound I want without making anything complicated. Highly recommend it to any SteelSeries user.

Can’t connect
I can’t connect the headphones to my phone to get in the app
My arctis nova cant be used by the app
My headset is connected via bluetooth to my phone ive tried everything and the app still says ( searching for device)
Can’t Connect Nova 7X Gen 2 After Recent Update
Ever since the last update that happened on 2026/07/07 the companion app won’t detect my Arctis Nova 7x Gen 2. They are connected to my phone and I can listen to audio like normal over bluetooth but the app will be stuck in the searching state

Love my nova 3x wireless
I came from using the Arctis Nova 1x and the xbox wireless headset. The Nova 1x always sounded great on console but I wanted to be able to do adjustments but I don’t have PC access. I decided to try the Nova 3x wireless with this companion app and I am so happy I did. I’m definitely not a tech guy and I was able to read some instructions, download the app and connect to it and use the presets for whatever Xbox game I want to play. The Nova 3x wireless is far superior to the Xbox wireless headset and the Nova 1x because of this app. The sound is amazing and I have had zero issues to date. Thank you for helping a combat veteran with horrible hearing and almost zero tech experience be able to hear, while gaming, with pinpoint accuracy and amazing clarity.

You have to have your console (or whatever you use these for) off to connect your Arctis to the app to customize it, but other than that, it’s a great headphone!
Stuck on connecting page
I just bought the wireless 5x and it is just stuck on the connecting page
AMAZING!
I love this app so much I’ve seen a lot of hate on it and I was thinking it wasn’t that good but its so good on competitive games like arc raiders and the finals is where this app shines because I have never really been good at these games but because of the amazing presets the app has I was easily able to pickup on footsteps and zip wires I’d like to see a voice changer in the app since console players don’t really have access to that stuff like that and it would make this app so unique🥹

No Nova Pro Wireless option
Says my base station needs and firmware update and messing with my mic audio need to update it but can’t without laptop and gg app

Everything is generally good customization and functionality aside from wear sense constantly reverting back to being on.
