I love this app just as much as the tea!
I was already a huge tea fan before I learned of this company. It has been a HUGE game changer over store bought teas for me. I love this brand!
Steepologie teas
I have enjoyed my delicious teas every day since first trying them in January.The tea in the morning to start my day and in the afternoon are my favorite way to enjoy my day.They getting me going in the morning and boost me in the afternoon.Inthe evening I enjoy a soothing herbal blend to relax.The high quilting tea is a special indulgence I give myself.Steepologie teas smell,taste and look beautiful.First time using the Steepologie app and it was very easy to do.I am retired and not good on the computer but the app was surprisingly easy to use happily.

Great products. Not a great app
I thought the app would be good to be able to sign into my account, browse, and make purchases. Unfortunately it’s menu is poorly located. Not under a standard menu symbol but within the shop/store symbol. When located the selected font is difficult to read because they have a thin font on a photographic background.
Not sure if after I signed in that I was kept signed in for the shopping portion.
The non-standard layout and icons made it difficult.
Product selection, description, & and photos are great.
I really hope they improve it to make it useful.
I’d like to be able to see if what I would like would be available in a location to pick up.
Also the App opens with a video that overtakes anything. It doesn’t seem to serve any purpose. You can’t even tell what the product is in the video. And since it start’s playing immediately it makes me nauseous when scrolling. Same reason I stopped using instagram since they forced reels.

Amazing tea
I found their store in the Galleria. Their teas looked and smelled amazing. I’m addicted to tea and these are some of the higher quality than most other premium tea places I’ve seen, especially for the price! Their employees are very kind and helpful, and really know their teas to help recommend what you’d enjoy. If I could give a 6/5 I would.

Love the tea, hate the app
Steepologie has amazing tea. But this app needs a lot of work.
The menu is very difficult to read due to the image in the background. The search bar is hard to see. I have had difficulties adding in a code at the checkout and had to finish on the website instead.
My biggest frustration is that it won’t save my favorites. Prior to the recent update, I had a dozen favorites saved and they have all been erased. I had to go to the website to add them again. And when I try to see my favorites in the app, I keep getting an error. I have tried deleting the app and downloading again but with no success. I have contacted customer service about this twice but have gotten no reply.
Save your time and just use the website.
