This app is a total scam! My dad used it last year and didn't get a single penny. They charge customers but don't pay drivers. He waited forever for his money, but they ignored all his messages. Don't waste your time or gas on this app. Stay away!

i hate this app.
one of the worst rides i ever had the driver was playing his music on blast. it says heāll arrive in 6 mins but i ended up waiting for 30. i could not stand the smell of his car. truly the worst. Also it does not have enough drivers and youād wait forever before you get one.
Havenāt received my payment for 3 months
I been chatting with them for a refund for more than 3 months for a ride, which was not even started. The driver failed to cancel it he clicked the ride is completed.

Definitely needs some improvement
I appreciate the affordability but not really beneficial if you can never find a driver. It just keeps searching although there are multiple cars visible on the map. Also Iāve scheduled a ride multiple times and the drivers will accept and then call to cancel when they realize itās a scheduled pickup for a specific time. Food delivery isnāt bad.

Worst delivery service I have used. Orders donāt arrive or way too long to get there. I waited 5 hours one time for a driver to deliver my food. Would not recommend.

Scam donāt use it
I would like to give it 0 star if I could. I placed an order for food at 2:34pm the app said that restaurant has a cooking time of 17mins. Over 1 hr later it says my food I still preparing even though I called the restaurant and they said the food has been ready and theyāre just waiting for the driver. I contacted customer service but no one picks up the phone or responds to the chat. The meal was over $50 and now they have also wasted my time. Donāt use this app, they clearly donāt have enough drivers and yet promise something they canāt fulfill.

Very bad experience
Yesterday I reserved a ride for today morning, the driver didnāt showed up and I cancelled my booking , I havenāt received my refund. I tried to contact customer service , no one answer to my chat even when I called them the wait time is too long.Very poor service

They donāt give the payment to driver a total fraud company. They tanked with the drivers money. The app user are sending them money which they are not giving to driver they simply don't respond to anyone now. They take new drivers.

They wonāt send car to pick you up. They donāt answer your call. You get frustrated and cancel the ride. They will charge you for cancellation fee!!
Delivery
I placed my order at 1:35pm and the estimate arrival 2:50-3:20. The driver picked up my order at 3:50pm. It took way too long I called ahead, to the restaurant and they said it been ready since 2:20pm. I try contacting customer service but no reply.
