Horrible service!
I’m astonished this many people have subscriptions to this because it is incredibly unreliable casting to a TV. Hours wasted as well as money!
No refund after 7 days trial period
The description
shows classes for all dances but actually there are no ballroom dance or Latin. And I cancelled immediately after I noticed this but there are no reimbursement for my one year subscription. Now I have to keep an app that I will never use for one year before it expires. Not happy with this at all. Be aware.

Un usable
So unfortunate that this app hardly works. Any video I want to watch either the audio is muted due to song copyright issues or it just… never loads. This is my second time giving steezy a go and how am I supposed to get hooked when it’s impossible to play anything
Terrible Customer Service
Representatives could not locate my account despite transaction receipts and multiple inquiries. A few classes I attempted were removed and linked to YouTube because the songs were not authorized.

I absolutely hate this app. You need to pay for everything and then it gives a terrible tutorial. If you get this app, you will regret it

Impossible de mettre la projection sur TV avec airplay, dommage. J’ai tourné le problème dans tous les sens et les autres applications fonctionnent bien, mais STEEZY je n’arrrives pas faire fonctionner…dommage

Great but limited views
I tried this out for the first time because I was desperately looking for choreography classes. This app absolutely fit the bill in so many ways.. however my eyesight is poor and I need to screen share to my TV so I can actually see the moves. Every time I screen share it blocked the entire instructional video. Making this app absolutely useless for me . So I would absolutely love this app and I would use it all the time, if it wasn’t for the limited screen sharing with my TV just so I can see it.

My subscription never worked and nobody helped me
I payed the subscription in September and never worked in any device that I owned, i send many many emails and they never gave me a solution, i was really exited to use the app and now im really upset about this

I feel like there’s a very very limited amount of things I can do without having to pay. I would like to be able to do the challenges but most of the classes are not free.

STEEZY customer service is nonexistent. I’ve reached out to them 3 times and have been very patient. They never respond. I can’t access my account or get help but they have taken my money…so there’s that. Just help me get my money back or get into the account. This is ridiculous

Ich wohne auf dem Dorf und habe kaum Möglichkeiten, wirklich Tanzstunden zu nehmen. STEEZY ist nicht nur unfassbar günstig, sondern für online classes echt gut aufgebaut!
Ich persönlich würde nicht als komplette Anfängerin mit dieser App anfangen zu tanzen, aber wenn man schon ein bisschen Tanzerfahrung hat, ist das eine super App um sich weiterzuentwickeln und neu auszuprobieren. Auch die Qualität der Classes sind echt gut!
