False Marketing
I downloaded Stella after seeing really inteesting ads on Instagram but the marketing team is way ahead of the actual development team because the app is totallly different from what they market. They market it to make it appear you are having fluid back and forth conversations with an AI avatar. In reality there is no AI charscter talking to you. It tells you to text or talk. I cannot see a way to actually write your answers and when you talk it cant hear / understand you so you have to repeat the same answers again and again and just move on. It also markets sentance structure but I have yet to see it.

This app doesn’t work
I purchased the yearly plan for $29.99 and the app doesn’t even work. Everytime I tried to open this app and use it . It says network error. I would like a refund.
Audio doesn’t work
The audio in this app isn’t working for me. There is no sound when I click on the words
They need to improve
I purchased this through my App Store because it looked like a great idea but when actually I downloaded it when you go to speak to it, you’re speaking to it 1 million times saying exactly what they’re saying and it can’t hear you. When you go to do the sentences it skips the first word so it marks it wrong and so it’s like you have to repeat it and holler at it. It’s not worth your money.

So many glitches, and they make it out that you're gonna be talking to an AI animated person doesn't happen total rip off don't buy it
Really Slow AI
This hardly seems like a true AI app. Between the annoying and continual background music, spends more time “thinking” than actually helping you. And the AI assessment of your conversation often cannot detect a particular word you have pronounced correctly repeatedly, giving you a constant 80% correct because the word will not register. I should not have paid for it.

Advertisement is misleading. There is not avatar to provide interactive communication and learning, only audio or text. Very disappointing!

Great content but slow and clunky
I was excited to try this app after having used others (Speak, Jumpspeak, Praktika) but man-it’s just not usable as it is today. I don’t know what the issue is but this runs way too slow, as in it takes several seconds to “hear” and acknowledge my spoken response. And it frequently mishears my answer, like 50% of the time. Other apps I’ve tried have no such issues. It’s too bad because I do like the content and lesson plans, but I don’t have time to wrestle an unresponsive app.

I’ve just launched this app and it looks like it will help significantly to become more successful with learning Spanish.
