About

StepDots helps you turn an ambitious wish into actions you can actually begin. Write anything you want to pursue, from learning to cook in three months or making your own film to running for president, reaching the Moon, or becoming a real-life hero for a day. The app builds a staged route with near-term entry points, long-term milestones, preparation notes, and completion criteria. When a step feels too hard, break it down again. You can tell StepDots what is getting in the way: not enough time, too much information, fear of making a mistake, or no clear starting point. The app then turns that obstacle into smaller actions with an estimated time, materials to prepare, a simple order of operations, and a concrete definition of done. After you check in, StepDots reviews whether your action helped the current wish and records the change in progress. Weekly recommendations provide fresh, playful ideas with ready-made routes in each supported language, while language-aware routes can point you to public books, courses, institutions, and websites that match your goal. When a goal involves eligibility, an application, or official requirements, the route aims to include direct public links and useful key points instead of sending you on a vague search. StepDots is for students, creators, career changers, founders, and anyone who wants to move forward without feeling buried by a large goal. It does not promise an outcome or make decisions for you. It helps you see the next step, keep the effort light, and continue at your own pace. The app reads like a handbook: your wish, progress and stages are sticky notes on grid paper, and the growth stickers can be arranged however you like; the app remembers your layout. Under every small step there is a Log it note: write a line or take a photo, save it to the Logbook and leaf through what you have done along the way. Those entries also shape the next steps, so the route follows what you actually did.
