No email, no password, nothing to remember. YOUR HEALTH DATA STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE Steps, distance and active energy are read from Apple Health only to draw your own screens. That data never leaves the device — never uploaded, never written to iCloud, never shared. The totals on shared boards are measured separately by the iPhone's motion sensor, and Stepdy never writes anything back to Apple Health.
