About
Ritmo turns the health data already on your iPhone into something you can train with. It reads Apple Health and adds the analysis a training log usually leaves out.
TRAINING LOAD
Session-RPE load with an acute-versus-chronic trend, so you can see when the last seven days have run ahead of your four-week baseline. Every workout is compared against your own average for that kind of session — cardio against cardio, strength against strength.
DAILY SCORE
One number from movement, recovery, nutrition and training, with the breakdown always visible. Today's recommendation tells you whether the day suits pushing, going easy or resting, and says which of your numbers it based that on.
SLEEP AND RECOVERY
Sleep scored across duration, deep and REM share, continuity and schedule consistency, with an interactive hypnogram. A separate recovery score combines last night's sleep with HRV and resting heart rate. Nights recorded without stage detail are scored on what was actually measured rather than counted as zero.
POWERLIFTING
Competition maxes with IPF GL points, split by full meet and single-lift. A meet calculator that anchors your third attempt at your max and builds the warm-up ramp downwards from the opener, so the jumps shrink all the way in. An RPE calculator on the RTS chart.
ENDURANCE
Personal bests per distance with WMA age-grading, Riegel equivalents, and pace calculators — including expected pace from heart rate, fitted on your own runs.
APPLE WATCH
A companion app and complications for your daily score, rings, steps with distance and floors, days since your last workout, and the countdown to your next meet.
OPTIONAL CONNECTIONS
Bring in your full sets and reps from Hevy, your race results from Strava, and your competition history from OpenPowerlifting. Each is off by default and uses your own credentials.
PRIVACY
No account, no server, no analytics, no ads. Your data stays in Apple Health and on your device. Nothing is ever sent to the developer — there is nowhere to send it to.
Ritmo needs permission to read Apple Health to be useful, and works best if you already track workouts or sleep. It is a training tool, not a medical device.
