Asked for help and haven’t received

I signed up and told them what I can do. I added one language pair it got approved but it still wouldn’t let me translate then two more I could do and it’s been pending for a week my previous response I’ve emailed 20 times haven’t gotten an answer and my profile has been pending for three weeks and a half weeks all I ask is for an email back no help at all
