Sterling Tours and Travels Inc have been set up with a vision to provide reliable, efficient and comfortable conveyance to the customers. Login and Registration: A) Login: In order to login into the app, click on sign in and then fill you phone number, verify OTP and continue to the app. B) Registration: For registering, you need to click on create account and then fill the required details in the registration form. If you are someone who is not in connection with either Coca Cola or Pepsi, select Other option in the company dropdown. The employ Id field is optional, you may leave it blank. In-App Features: A) Booking feature: 1. Send request - You can book a ride by clicking on the send request button in the home screen 2. Quick request form - On clicking the send request, a quick request modal pops up. Fill the details such as pick up location, destination, pickup time, ride type, etc. and submit the form to send the request 3. Once You click on submit, the request will be awaiting for approval. A driver who is available will be assigned to you in sometime. 4. In order to create a new request, you will have to do it either after the ride has completed or cancel the previous request. B) History: 1. In the history section in the home screen, you can view the ride history as well as the payment history. 2. On clicking 'View all' button, you are taken to the history page where you can find all the history details. C) Helpline: On clicking the call button in the top right corner of the home screen, you will be able to contact us via phone call D) Notifications: 1. Push notifications will be sent to you device on various occasions such as rider/pilot assigned, request cancelled, etc. 2. On clicking the notifications icon in the top right corner of home screen, you will be taken to the notification screen where you will find all details of every notification sent to you. You will be able to view or delete notifications from here.
