Beautiful Shoes
I received my return order today in the correct size and they fit perfectly. They are gorgeous and comfortable. I can’t wait to wear them.
Slow and Glitches
The app moves extremely slow and glitches when you click on an item to view it. It frustrating.
Good product bad app
App is very laggy and when I hear things to my wishlist it never shows up dunno if this is a me problem with my tech but the app causes all of my electronics to heat up far more then other apps nice products but the app sucks

The worst decision was to order for this one online, it's a great bad idea if you plan to do it, you never have an idea where your order is 100%, just like FedEx that never solved anything about my order, the two companies together are a big disappointment, it was the first and last time I used these brands, on April 7/8 I made my first order through this application and to this day I don't have it, I don't know if my order was stolen or delivered to another address and as much as this company and FedEx have helped me get answers.
If you have the opportunity to download and order from this company, TAKE ADVANTAGE, it's the WORST thing you can do, your order will never arrive and you won't have your refund either.

Wishlist doesn’t load for you after many attempts of trying. You have to go on the actual website to pull it up.
Wrong gender every time.
Women are t the only shoppers here. I am a man I buy men’s boots and shoes and sneakers. Every day I get a text message with a link it takes me directly to the sale in the women’s section. How hard can it be to have the developers of the app to make these sales open to the men’s section? Most of the time when it opens to the women’s sales I just close instead of looking for the men’s sales. You are losing money. I’ve raised this issue in a customer service email and of course I got no response.
