Can’t order online
I’m near a location but it keeps saying I’m not and I can’t manually input one to place an order. I’d like for my food to be ready when I get there but now I have to order in person.
Be careful when checking your order out!
The tip option will already be highlighted at 15%, above the purchase button. Meaning, if you accidentally select purchase without noting, you’ll be charged for a tip you didn’t want to leave. Nice business tactic, you slippery snakes
Rejecting my Google sign on
I’ve used Google before to order food. Now it’s being rejected. This is awful.

Why even bother
Why offer ApplePay at all if it’s completely broken. I was under the impression I wouldn’t have to hand over all my personal info AND my credit card number to order a sandwich since the secure checkout features are apparently not real.

What?
How do you make a restaurant app and not give the option to make a new user account...? After coming up with an order you’re prompted to ‘sign in’ to checkout but if you’re a new user there’s no option to create a new account, then you go onto their website through your phone to create an account and it’s equally impossible to find the option...had to find a desktop. I mean otherwise the app is very clean, looks great and runs great but like wow how do you forget to include (or make it extremely difficult to find) the new user option. you can’t even check out your order as a guest!

The app is ok but it lacks places to add any notes. Not even delivery notes.

Would be great if there was an option to customize esp on wraps and salads...some people don’t like all of the toppings that are included.
