App is not working
I downloaded the app 3 days ago. It claims to be performing “routine maintenance” since then and I have not been able to access it.
This is awful for a web app in this day and age.

After the update 3 weeks ago the app won’t open. All you get is a blank screen that flashes like a strobe light.
Does Not Work
App is trash after iOS 16 the app no longer opens
Can’t Sign Up
Can’t sign up either through the app or website even though I put in my correct policy number, etc. I will go back to accessing Stillwater via the well-designed GEICO app.

They must have gotten an update because the app works great for me!

So bad that I will let my policy expire. I can’t login to pay these folks. I will not renew

Will not let me log in. Called customer service and deleted and downloaded the app again. Still will not let me log in. Complete waste of my time
Awful app
This app does not work. I’m trying to login for the first time using the mobile app and when I hit, I keep getting an error message that I’m missing the user ID.
I deleted the app and reloaded and still have the same issues.
Trying to streamline and have everything at my fingertips but it’s Not worth the headache.
