The way text layers work has changed: switch between horizontal and vertical text by resizing the text box. As a reminder, to resize it, long-press a corner until the frame turns blue, then drag. To move it, long-press the frame until it turns blue, then drag. To edit the text, tap the frame; once it turns green, you can start editing. A yellow frame means the layer is inactive.
