Maps unreliable
Great when it works, but a lot of the time cannot track the location and timing of the bus as the maps function isn’t visible. Sometimes this can be remedied by a log in/out but most often not. Flying blind as a parent when trying to time drop offs and pick ups is very frustrating.
Great concept, terrible implementation.
The app should give you confidence as a parent that your child has boarded the bus and where they are on the route. I would say it has succeeded in this for less than 50% of the trips our children have travelled on the bus. We are frequently alerted that our kids have failed to board when they have or aren’t notified at all. The calendar function doesn’t seem to work and on some days our children disappear from the app altogether. We’ve also received errors where the bus routes don’t show up on the map and receive an indecipherable error message.
