Almost every time I use it I have to delete app and redownload.
Poorly designed
The application is poorly designed and the staff appeared unable to answer straightforward questions. I would not have launched it until it was fully functional. I strongly suggest reinvesting some of the funds into improving the application.
More value from sharing location via WhatsApp
Glitchy. Lacking in functionality. Poor interface. Why our school uses this I don’t know. If the bus driver has a “bus phone” and shared location only while using the bus we’d be better off. No historical data visible to parents. No ability to make a last minute change. Messages (to tell you child has boarded or not) show as unread even when you’ve opened them. Often there isn’t even tracking data anyway. Using a bus WhatsApp group to share which children are on or off that day is easier and provides an audit trail.

Awful company
This company is incapable of running their bus service on time, so children are late to school continuously. The app notifications about boarding are hit and miss, sometimes saying that they are not on the bus when they are.
Poor app
Not user friendly at all. Struggle every time to book a journey. Takes days to get an email reply and they are patronising on the telephone
