Loved this product and was working great until the event update. This program now has up to a 50% discrepancy in scans. I have reached out for support and have got nothing back. Very disappointing.

This app is great when you first download it. However, after paying the $399 yearly subscription i was unable to access the “professional “ services. There is no info anywhere on how to fix the problem. The account says “unverified “. But gives no way to verify it. I subscribed and paid my fee almost a year ago and still have been provided no services. The only way to contact for help is an email, to which i have reached out multiple times and never had a response.

According to our files you've contacted us on April 25, 2022 for the first time, reporting your license problem. 1 hour and 2 minutes later you received an email from our support where we informed you that we investigated and fixed the issue with your account. We do hope that your purchased subscription is working now.
