My managers insist on using this app and all it does is frustrate me. Tons of bugs. I can never stay logged in. It will stop working randomly and you’ll have to close out the app and reload it, which then logs you out and will make you go through the two factor authentication all over again. You will have to do this multiple times if you have a large inventory. I’m sure if my managers had to use this app themselves, they would stop using it. Makes me want to throw my phone at the wall.

In version 5.0, we’ve released significant fixes and improvements, including addressing the SSO timeout problem you described. We hope you’ll see the difference next quarter.
