I was new to AI and crypto back in 2021 and these guys really gave me a place to learn and develop skills as a novice trader. Any issues were resolved timely and professionally. I’ll miss using them for the time being while I re-tool some finances for my growing family <3

Why do these apps state they have in apps purchases, when you have to subscribe to use the app, that is not an in app purchase it cost to use the app. Being they lied on this simple part how can you trust them for anything else. App deleted!
There's a minimum
I got this app cause I heard about it on a few Reddit posts, figured I'd give it a shot. I wanted to connect it to one of my existing exchange account accounts, but found that they did not support Kraken or Coinbase, so opened up a Binance.us account and out $100 in to test it.
I paid the subscription fee, tried to connect it with the API instructions, but couldn't get it to work. I contacted Support, and they opened up a ticket and told me they would work on it. I tried the API connection about 15 times through different methods, none of them worked, it just kept saying that there was a connection with my exchange.
Support was responsive, which was nice, and they kept telling me they were looking into it. 24 hours later, they are now telling me that it's because you need at least $1000 available for trade. Would have been nice to know that before I signed up. Just know, there is a minimum to actually use this app.

Do not download this app. All the app will purchase is spam tokens or tokens controlled by the owner of the token. I REPEAT DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS OR CONNECT TO YOUR CRYPTO.

Disappointed so far.
This could be a scam never got the thing working, the team are utterly clueless either. They didn’t even offered a refund . Feels like a scam
Customers services takes so long before answering, beside there is contrary info from the guideline. So far I could NOT connect my account.
I will update this review once it gets resolve if ever ,yet even though this looked promising system I am pretty disappointed.

1 year test - Do not waste money here
This app is a scam and has lost me over 2k over a year by trying their long term approach from 2024-2025. It’s unbelievably sad to see their “algorithm” simply take any gains from other coins and dump them evenly across junk coins. Meanwhile bitcoin has almost doubled in price. What a joke. Do not waste $50 bucks a month for this absurdly simple approach.

Maybe scammers
The app don’t show any positive results, but like to charge for doing nothing.
Awful app.
Spotty communication. Kept getting connection issues. Support was atrocious. I would not recommend this to my worse enemy.
Poor returns
Tested it for 2 months and had to cancel due to really poor returns. In that short period I’ve lost thousands of usd on top of that paying 50usd a month for a ai bot that just kept buying high and selling low.

Whatever you do stay away!!!! After deleting my account I have had trades made that were not by me!
Does not work
Despite trying multiple times to connect the app with Coinbase and chasing the app’s support team for a full week this app just did not work. After a full week without service I was told to ‘try again.’ This was a waste of money and time.

Honestly it did zero . I wrote them and all I got back was don’t worry will start working soon . Never started ,than became a connection issue . Than no answer for days . To the point I question the safety of my funds . Do not recommend at all . No emotion , stoic Ai does not do it job . It does nothing but have people tell you wait . A app that give you a chat to stranger to message and answer days later . Than tell you wait 2 more days . Is all I got from this .

Obvious error in programming
During my first week with Stoic I noticed an obvious calculation error from one tab to the next. I brought it to their attention and received a generic, “we are working on it” response. After I thought about it, I decided I could not trust Stoic with control of my account if they have such an error. I deleted my account and asked for a refund. They are refusing the refund, even though I only used it for one week.

My opinion
I have been using this for 2 years and have made good profits. The only drawback is that it makes too many transactions, which makes filing taxes difficult. Please add a bot strategy that holds cryptocurrencies and performs fewer transactions.

US users stay away!!!!
Absolutely the worst, WORST, customer service.
I purchased a plan with the intent of using Crypto.com with this trading bot software. False. They don’t say any where that their software doesn’t work for Crypto.com US.
It does work for Coinbase (so I’m told, wasn’t able to try) but my Coinbase account has the assets that I’m accumulating for this cycle and don’t want to trade with. Their software can’t “isolate” the funds it trades with. So dead end there.
Binance.US has stopped USD deposits since 2023. So dead end there.
The rest of the compatible exchanges are restricted for US users - Kucoin, OKX, Bybit.
I could have deposited USD on Coinbase for USDT/C and then withdrawn to Binance.US (which still accepts crypto deposits) but at this point I was done so I simply asked that they cancel my account and process a refund.
I was told, and I quote “Unfortunately, there is no match on our refund policy for your case.” Flabbergasted. To confirm, I was speaking with a human at this point not an automated bot.
After a bunch of going in circles (they don’t leave read your previous messages so end up giving you the same response over and over again) I gave up.
They don’t support Kraken and seemingly have no plan to based on their responses.
So now I’m stuck with a year subscription. If Crypto.com ever allows exchange accounts for US users or Binance.US re-enables USD deposits I’ll maybe give it a try. But for now, just sitting here frustrated.
