Love this book but app seems to be broken. Won’t let me get rewards. Tried closing it down but nothing works get a 404 error code.
Rewards page w/ 404error
The rewards and top up pages not working for a long period if time (see other comments) and are unable to get daily and reading rewards. Please fix as soon as possible or return money spent on books that I can’t purchase coins to finish.

The app is good but why the limited page when you wanna read a story other app don’t do that
App does not work anymore.
I am in the middle of reading a very interesting book. Then the App stopped working properly. I can check in but I can’t get any bonuses I also can’t purchase any coins to continue reading. It has been like this for about a month.
Is anyone trying to fix this or should I just delete the App??

Rewards page not working
The rewards page is not working so unable to get daily and reading rewards. Please fix.
BUGS
I have been using this to read some great books for over a year now. The points at first where hard to get but since the last update I cannot collect points other than daily login because the points page says 404 error page not found! I tried everything the developers said to others like clear cache or delete and re install but after reinstalling I cant even log back in using my Facebook account like I did before because the “feature is unavailable” which now means I’ve lost all the books I opened as well as those unread. The point system is now great for people it works for. This is very upsetting and from the looks of it other people have been having this problem.

Broken link when trying to get rewards while reading… not sure if keep buying coins to keep resding
App issues
When began using app, it was a 5 rating for me. Now knocked it down to a 4. Whenever go to the awards page or issues page, I get a 404 error message. I read it daily and would like to be able to get my extra rewards. Also can’t report an issue if there is a 404 error message. Please fix!! It is also that way on your LibStory app page as well.

Issues with the App.
Normally I am quite happy with the app but there is an issue with it at the minute where I can’t access the rewards page, it says it is 404 Not Found followed by openresty/1.13.6.1

Phone heating up
I’m having trouble where to start or who to talk to about this problem … I have recently noticed that my phone heats up really fast every time on this up and reading my favourite book. But when I’m on other apps I don’t have that problem only when I’m on this app. Can someone fix it??? Because I feel like it ruining my phone every time I’m on it. I don’t want waste money in buying a new phone. My phone is only 1-1/2 yrs old why should I buy a new one when clearly it’s the app’s problem not my phone. Please fix it.

Love the reading choices!!!
I would give five stars but since the last update, you lose all the chances to get free points with simple and achievable tasks or watching ads. I spent money to get coins as well as doing these tasks for it to only be updated to make it difficult to read with no chance to get coins. I love there are my books to read but now it’s making it impossible to complete my books.

Was good until showing an ads banner…
Story is good, but is showing annoying ads below… i think, it you charge people to buy coins to continue reading, you shouldn’t add ads below… accidental press the ads and change the screen… very annoying!!! Now thinking if i keep buying coins or just read every day a page…
The add won’t close
I love this app , but from few days this same add has been popping up of a community house and it won’t close I tried closing the app and trying again and nothing works

I loved you novel app until you added a “bonus” where I have to link my Facebook account to continue reading. I’m not allowed to purchase chapters as before. Very disappointed, kindly give the chapter purchasing option again!
