Can’t cancel subscription
Got this app at the request of my 8yo thinking it would be easy to cancel; it is not. Upset at the time and effort I will have tp spend to do it, will probably pay at least 1 subscription fee. Feeling very scammed.
Poor identification
I tried 5 different stones that I knew, and it identified ALL as Rhodonite.

This App is Garbage, Don’t Waste Your Money
If I could give this app a ZERO rating, I would. I purchased this app for a trial because it stated that you could cancel and get a refund. I tried it out for less than an hour scanning my jewelry to see if it was accurate. I was highly disappointed that it didn’t recognize any of my precious stones on my rings, earrings or necklaces. It couldn’t identify the diamonds, sapphires or pearls, therefore it couldn’t give accurate values. I tried to cancel and it didn’t allow me to cancel and requested a refund and they declined to give me my $42.00 refund which included taxes. This app is nothing but garbage, please don’t waste your money or your time with this app. They are hard up for money. If you find that the app doesn’t work, you will not get a refund. I am going to research how to have it removed so that they can’t rip off any more consumers.

It identified my diamond as an onyx. All my stones were identified as onyx.
Needs Subscription
This app is completely useless without paying for a subscription. It forces you to watch adds and still hides the name of the rock/results. Don’t waste your time

Well, the developer says that this app offers a basic version for free with advertisements, there’s no way you can do anything with it without subscribing. Just another bait and switch..
This whole thing points to a bigger problem though. This app has a rating of four stars plus. This is not evidenced by the reviews I’m seeing here. How reliable are ANY of the ratings in this App Store? Is there any oversight here at all?? Where’s Apple? They should be all over this! I can’t believe such an enormously successful company would allow a shot to their credibility over such a crummy, two-bit app!

I have tried identifying multiple stones with no success. So I tried to cancel my subscription. I am unable to cancel the subscription and the support email provided is not working. Save your time, energy, and money!

App is free with in app purchases - what they don’t tell you is the app is only free for 3 days and then $8.99 A WEEK. Talk about a sham scam. I could see charging that cost for a year, nothing else.

I withdrew my subscription on the same day as it got the name of the stone wrong 5 times. I wasn’t given any refund I tried to contact customer care and the email bounced back. Poor
