Difficult To Redeem Points
Accumulating points does the customer little good if the option to use them is not offered at checkout.

Great coffee
Customer service and great coffee… very happy and I never would have believed I would by specialty coffee like this, but the service is great and coffee is wonderful.
Deliciously delightful espresso coffee
My daughter purchased a few bags of whole bean coffee from Stone Street as a gift. I immediately identified with the NY theme being a relocated NY’er now living in the mid-Atlantic. It is especially good drinking the coffee from my vintage “I ❤️NY” mug.
I have found the Miscela Privera and Perfect Espresso to be my favorites. I use an Aeropress and occasionally an old school stovetop moka pot to brew. I particularly like how the darker roast coffees seem to be less acidic and are gentle to my lower esophagus😉.
The beans arrive very fresh and store well on the shelf. I love the smell of the fresh beans when opening a new bag.

Flavors
Some of the best flavored beans I've tried from anywhere. I have had a Spinn coffee maker for a couple of years and the machine grinds beans for each cup of either espresso or coffee. These beans work the best in my machine while having flavors.
Ok. Needs an iPad version
On a larger screen like an iPad it's very annoying to have to find the product description and open it. Needs filter ability. Needs feedback that something was added to the cart.
Website is better
App often will not add products to cart so I have to use the website anyways. Orders seem to take longer ordered from app. Waiting over a week for last order.
Efficient App
I downloaded the app in order to use a promo code, however, I was happy with the way the app performed. It was easy to search, order, and track my order. My only recommendation would be to add more contrast between the menu options and the background. (Maybe make the Menu options, such as Featured, Collections, Cart, etc, a darker color).

An Okay App
I used the app to order 3# of The Perfect Espresso…my go to choice…as a discount was offered for first time use. The search function doesn’t work..it returns the full list of coffees requiring scrolling down until you find the coffee you wish to purchase. Frankly I don’t see any advantage to using this app vs. the website…
