This app is awesome! Really useful and helpful! I can send in maintenance requests and get notifications about all of the upcoming events. I use it everyday. So happy they made this app!

This app has made my life so much easier! I'm able to send in maintenance requests, add visitors, receive package notifications and RSVP to all of the resident events right from my phone. If you're a resident downloading this app is a no brainier!

An app that allows the landlord to avoid communicating with tenants and allows management to snoop through personal information

I can't even get this app downloaded. I'm getting constant errors. What good is the app if you can't use it?
Awful App
This app is a joke. It has no functionality. The management company is forcing us as tenants to use it (will not notify us of packages, etc. by email anymore), but the app is a total disaster. Hopefully they fix it ASAP.
