The app support system is really bad

I paid around ₹704.64 via google pay to get a Zepto card worth ₹734 but after the payment was completed I didn’t get my card and on mailing them on their customer support they just keep sending me an autogenerated mail that says the same thing every time . I’m neither getting my money back nor the card .

No exciting discounts, Very bad user-interface, Page become non-responsive after playing one game online, I downloaded and took subscription worth Rs.9/-because I’m fan of Purav Jha.
But get some real app developers and work on this app.
