The app support system is really bad
I paid around ₹704.64 via google pay to get a Zepto card worth ₹734 but after the payment was completed I didn’t get my card and on mailing them on their customer support they just keep sending me an autogenerated mail that says the same thing every time . I’m neither getting my money back nor the card .

No exciting discounts, Very bad user-interface, Page become non-responsive after playing one game online, I downloaded and took subscription worth Rs.9/-because I’m fan of Purav Jha.

It’s unbelievable how useless this app is.
Misleading and useless
The app is literally a gift card purchasing app which is highly misleading and kind of useless. Though the cover page advertises to offer up to 67/70/80 percent of discount only 17 percent is the maximum discount being offered ,the average is 2% which makes it a stupid install also terms and conditions vary for each brand making it tricky overall a easy skip and just “social media hype by promotion”
