There is so much community support for quitting sugar, along with meditations, scientifically backed informative articles, and even a panic button widget for when the sugar cravings hit and you need extra help.
You can talk with community members or an AI chat bot programmed to help you work through the subtleties of quitting sugar and get to the underlying reasons of your sugar dependency.
There are logs for both meal and calorie tracking (of which you just describe your meal or snap a pic of it) and for tracking daily fluid intake.
I mean, there’s so much more! You have to check it out for yourself!
But I think what really shows me as a new user how effective this app is is looking through the community chat and seeing just how many people are saying that this app has changed their lives and helped them quit sugar for good.
Seriously, if you want to quit sugar get this app!

I get your point. STOPPR is paid because we’ve put a lot of work and resources into it. We worked with neuroscientists and nutrition experts to find methods that actually help reduce sugar cravings. On top of that, the app runs AI to scan food and break down calories, which is expensive to maintain. Charging for the app is what allows us to keep it ad-free and continue improving it for people who really want to quit processed sugar.
