Zip code filter takes me to locations several thousand miles away despite me setting it to a 10 mile radius from me. It also takes several minutes for photos to render on the App compared to the web version. App needs work. Web version it is.

Horrible service and theft
I upgraded to the probidder max, had successfully completed 6-7 buys no issues. Bought a 2007 Tahoe in Tennessee from extra storage. Drove to Georgia to stay the night ,7hours into winning the auction and paying the invoice. I received a call from their manager stating that she meant to pull the sale, that a drug addicted homeless man had been living in it and was full of urine and drugs and needed to have the local yard come get it for parts instead. I then get an email from storage treasures stating my account is locked for refusal to clean out. I had 72 hours 12 hours into they cancelled my purchase, locked my account and refuse to make it right, I am also out for the purchase price invoice I paid. Still within my clean out time and I’m told if I go to the property I will be arrested because I am tresspassed and I’ve never been there mind you. So they took my money,kept the vehicle and locked my account all within 24 hours and my driving and spending thousands to get this vehicle and they take both the vehicle and my money.

The way to make a acc is so hard I’ve been try for like 2 days now I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to just simply make a acc it was asking me questions at one point I don’t even understand like do you know any of these people like how abt I suppose to know any of em?

Scam App?
I won a bid and had 24 hours to complete a payment. Less than 24 hours went by and I’m banned and can’t bid and can’t receive the unit anymore after they already took $108 out of my bank account. Can’t get in touch with anyone I’ve sent two help forms now and can’t seem to find a phone number to speak to someone. Don’t trust this app. It’s a waste of time and steals your money

To whom it may concern: I had won this auction, but as the scheduled end time approached, the seller extended the deadline by an additional three hours. Furthermore—as those three extra hours were drawing to a close—no one had placed any further bids; then, with just three minutes remaining, someone finally did. I placed a counter-bid, but another person immediately outbid me again. I strongly suspect this was the seller themselves... because they weren't going to make the amount of money they wanted. In my view, this constitutes fraud, as they failed to honor the posted schedule, leading to this entire situation. This kind of behavior is very discouraging for people who are looking to purchase items. Please take steps to rectify these situations, as my husband, other family members, and I rely on your platform to acquire goods. If this continues, we—along with many others—will stop using your services. And, of course, when we share our negative experiences with others, they take that into consideration—just as we took others' recommendations into consideration when we first decided to shop here. I have been a dedicated member of StorageTreasures since October of last year, successfully winning 19 auctions and consistently paying for a Pro Business membership ($30/mo). Up until recently, I was a loyal customer, but my recent experience with their customer service and billing has been unacceptable.
The Issue:
After taking a two-week vacation, I temporarily downgraded my account. When I returned and attempted to upgrade back to my Pro Business status, I was told by customer service that everything was set and "working properly." However, upon winning my next auction, I was charged an 18% commission instead of the 9% rate guaranteed by my membership.
The "Hidden" Policy:
When I contacted support to resolve the overcharge, I was met with extreme rudeness. After being denied a supervisor and calling back to reach a different representative, I was finally told that if you downgrade your membership, you are "penalized" and forced to stay at the lower tier for at least a month before being allowed to upgrade again.
Why this is deceptive:
• Zero Transparency: This "one-month" rule is not stated anywhere in their written policies, nor is it listed anywhere on their website.
• Misinformation: I spoke to five different representatives before anyone mentioned this rule. The earlier reps specifically told me my account was "good to go" for the upgrade.
• Poor Service: Instead of acknowledging the lack of clarity, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, essentially telling me "this is just how it is."
StorageTreasures is effectively penalizing professional users who want to spend more money on their platform by hiding behind unwritten rules. If you value transparency and professional support, be very careful with how you manage your membership here. They will overcharge you and then refuse to fix the mistake.

Becareful with cube smart in Nashville tn .. storage units they scammed me for 600 dollars and tampered with a unit after I complained and wanted my money back the manager said she couldn’t give me money back the police got involved and reported it. It’s been what it says it is
It’s been what it says it is from the get. I can’t ask for more than that. One unit cancelled when I was top bidder, and I’m still disappointed, but It’s written in what to expect and what may happen. It’s been super easy dealing with management at the facilities. Fingers crossed it keeps going smooth.
