To whom it may concern: I had won this auction, but as the scheduled end time approached, the seller extended the deadline by an additional three hours. Furthermore—as those three extra hours were drawing to a close—no one had placed any further bids; then, with just three minutes remaining, someone finally did. I placed a counter-bid, but another person immediately outbid me again. I strongly suspect this was the seller themselves... because they weren't going to make the amount of money they wanted. In my view, this constitutes fraud, as they failed to honor the posted schedule, leading to this entire situation. This kind of behavior is very discouraging for people who are looking to purchase items. Please take steps to rectify these situations, as my husband, other family members, and I rely on your platform to acquire goods. If this continues, we—along with many others—will stop using your services. And, of course, when we share our negative experiences with others, they take that into consideration—just as we took others' recommendations into consideration when we first decided to shop here. I can no longer log into my account no matter what I do. I have deleted the app and reloaded it,changed my password , nothing. What is going on with this site?
Hidden Fees, Rude Support, and Unstated "Penalties" for Upgrading
I have been a dedicated member of StorageTreasures since October of last year, successfully winning 19 auctions and consistently paying for a Pro Business membership ($30/mo). Up until recently, I was a loyal customer, but my recent experience with their customer service and billing has been unacceptable.
The Issue:
After taking a two-week vacation, I temporarily downgraded my account. When I returned and attempted to upgrade back to my Pro Business status, I was told by customer service that everything was set and "working properly." However, upon winning my next auction, I was charged an 18% commission instead of the 9% rate guaranteed by my membership.
The "Hidden" Policy:
When I contacted support to resolve the overcharge, I was met with extreme rudeness. After being denied a supervisor and calling back to reach a different representative, I was finally told that if you downgrade your membership, you are "penalized" and forced to stay at the lower tier for at least a month before being allowed to upgrade again.
Why this is deceptive:
• Zero Transparency: This "one-month" rule is not stated anywhere in their written policies, nor is it listed anywhere on their website.
• Misinformation: I spoke to five different representatives before anyone mentioned this rule. The earlier reps specifically told me my account was "good to go" for the upgrade.
• Poor Service: Instead of acknowledging the lack of clarity, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, essentially telling me "this is just how it is."
StorageTreasures is effectively penalizing professional users who want to spend more money on their platform by hiding behind unwritten rules. If you value transparency and professional support, be very careful with how you manage your membership here. They will overcharge you and then refuse to fix the mistake.

Bad option of buy
They put things that don't work, the administrators should check no one buys them and they only put some different things (pure garbage) and they put it back or just change the orienrasion of the photos, first they check if there is something good they grab it and when you go for it it is already all Scrambled...
