Frustrating Experience with Missing Items and Poor Updates
The app performs very poorly. It frequently freezes, and bid updates are not reflected in real time. During major sales, not all auctions are visible, which makes it difficult to participate effectively. Auctions are often canceled without notice.
Another serious issue is the behavior of the managers who take photos. They sometimes open bags, suitcases, drawers in dressers, or boxes, which is clearly visible in the photos, but no action is taken to address this. It’s uncomfortable and unprofessional. Additionally, some items that appear in the photos are actually missing from storage, which causes confusion and disappointment. Overall, the app is frustrating to use and does not reliably represent the auctions.

Zip code filter is broken
Zip code filter takes me to locations several thousand miles away despite me setting it to a 10 mile radius from me. It also takes several minutes for photos to render on the App compared to the web version. App needs work. Web version it is.
