Works less than half the time.
Could be the facility’s hardware (complained multiple times) but it works less than half the time, either doing nothing, opening the wrong door, or not seeing doors or gates I’m right next to.
What is definitely the software is it doesn’t default to the last (only) facility, making me choose from a list (of one) or add new facility instead of just showing me the available gates and doors.

Aladdin’s Genie
Storage Genie makes entering and exiting the property so much easier. All I have to do is say open says a me and Walla the gate is open. Thank you for making it so easy.

This rarely works!
This app works one out of 50 times. I usually don’t even bother because I know I’m going to have to get out and enter the code manually anyway.
Easy and secure access.
Love the ease of entry and not needing to exit the car. I have short arms and always a struggle to punch in numbers if necessary to lean out of the car to do it. Thanks!
