Great facility. Bad App
The app doesnt allow you to change payment information, update passwords, or any other account management activity. These features are frankly broken and the user experience is subpar. Gate opening does work intermittently and usually requires an app restart, hence the 1 stars.

If passcode doesn’t work an associate is out within seconds unless they are with a customer. My personal experience was great! 5/5

The app is pure junk. It works to pull up
Your security code. But for updating your payment information it just crashes. They started charging more if you use a credit card so I changed it to be a direct debit from my bank. It’s a fight to put your bank into in because it keeps covering up the fields you need to enter. Once you fight the app to get your account info in, saving the payment crashes the app. Then you get messages from their office saying you are behind on payments.

Make my storage unit use so easy
I use a lot of apps and this one is great. I have rented a few storage units in my life and this is the first time I have ever had the option to use an app. I can get information about my account, contact the facility and even open the gate and get access to the facility without getting out of my car or having to punch in a code. Love it!

Great App
Since downloading this app I haven’t had to get out of my car to open the gate. It works great and I can make my payments on it. I’m happy they added this to my account.
