Poor con

This app is supposed to make it easier for you to access storage units yet you spend more time reloading it over and over just to get it to work

Works sporadically

Seems to work a lot of the time but you better remember your code

Slow

It takes way too long for the app to find the gate

Too slow

Requires your to be writhing a few feet or the gate to work

Auto open

The auto open feature sometimes works most times doesn’t

App Updates Clear Saved Facilities

Every time this dev team does a version update it removes all your saved facilities. So then you have to start over from scratch and add them all again along with your codes. Terrible.

Poor performance

Eternally slow responding most of the time I have to turn off the app, restart the app and sometimes uninstall and reinstall the app

Me encantó

Genial

Glitchy

This app is useful, but sometimes it gets a little glitchy and frustrating when we’re trying to use it. We would like them to figure out how to make it less glitchy.

Connectivity

Connectivity is 50/50. Often it takes a few minutes to activate and open gate, and sometimes gate will not open without using keypad.

Gate

It sucks never works

poor quality

It’s way too slow, and you have to be literally right in front of the door for the app to work; it wastes time, and the slowness is frustrating.

Nice to have

It's nice to have the ability to open the gate without getting out of the car to type in the password. But it would be nicer, if it reacted quicker and if you didn't have to be right up on top of the keypad for it to work.

Opens the wrong door…

Whenever I try to open the main gate, the front door opens instead. When I get to the front door, it never works, and the elevator works ~1/5 times. “Auto mode” is just greyed out. The idea seems great, but in practice, it feels hacky, and when my arm at full of stuff going in/out of storage, I just need it to work 100% of the time - NFC would be way better… I tried a bunch of times over the last few months, but in practice, I just end up using my code.

Good idea needs bugs worked out

Some days I can access this app and have no problem other days it’s very frustrating to deal with because it doesn’t wanna register anything or it doesn’t wanna open the app

Exit fails to open with phone

Exit feature on iPhone does not work, get message says get closer. I have touched my phone to the yellow box, still will not open. Signal l strength is much weaker on exit. Maybe one bar where it will have three or four bars on enter. Just checked with the Manager here. She had the same results of her phone.

Slow connections

I don’t know if it is this app or my storage unit, but it usually takes so long to connect that it’s faster just to get out of the car and type in my code. It’s very frustrating.

Love it

Love that I don’t have to type my code and just open the app to open the door or get elevator access!

needs work

It takes so long that by the time you get there and frustrated that it's not opening you haLf put your number in the keypad anyway... beef up that Bluetooth signal you got dude

A poorly designed app

This app barely works. Maybe 10% of the times. And then it takes forever to actually communicate. Initial set up was a nightmare. It isn’t user friendly at all.
